"There is more to life than spending hours in a gym" - By Bethan Keeble
I'm pretty sure you’ve heard it from us so many times that you probably say it in your sleep. "Diets don’t work; in order to be happy and healthy, you have to make a lifestyle change."
It may be more effort and less of the quick fix you may want. But it sure is true, and you'll be more happy during the process, trust me.
So what does a lifestyle change look or feel like, and how do you know when you’ve made one?
Happiness. It makes you look and feel, happy.
Why worry about a number on the scales, or whether you're "allowed" that bar of chocolate. If you're out exploring the world, spending time with family/friends and feeling healthy then you're definitely on the right tracks to making your lifestyle change.
Basically, the difference between a diet mentality and a lifestyle mentality is only a matter of perspective. Having the right perspective may not make protein bars taste better than chocolate, but it can make all the difference in the world when it comes to achieving your goals.
Why struggle all the way to the end, where there is no "end", when you can enjoy all of your achievements in the long haul. This is a journey to be enjoyed.
