Why the Pretty Simple Principles just HAD to get created.

"this is just not sustainable" - By Bethan Keeble

It’s 5am and the alarm is going off as per. Love a good bit of Bryn Terfil in the morning! The day, as always consists of scrambling out of bed, gathering my bits and heading to school. Once I get there, its straight on the treadmill for some High Intensity Interval Training (usually treadmill or rowing machine sprints), followed by a super speedy shower, then straight to work. I loved my job, working with children with autism. It’s very natural to me as I’ve grown up with an autistic (and epileptic, low functioning, no language… {long list of others}) brother, and autism is the one thing in life that I have so much passion for.     Anyway, back on topic; wake up, run, work…..     That’s not me done for the day though, 3:30pm hits and it’s time to run out of school, grab the car and start breaking speed limits (this isn’t a joke, I’m AMAZED how I haven’t even had one ticket!). From 3:30 until usually 7/8pm it’s music time. The thing I have my undergraduate and masters degree in. So I bounce from house to house teaching various different abilities how to play the piano or oboe or clarinet….. From teaching, it’s to the gym, lift some seriously heavy weights until I get exhausted. Head home, eat, sleep, repeat. Something had to change…..
