Why is keeping up motivation SO HARD? 

Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight, that's a fact.

Yes, there are ways that you can lose weight fast... but is it sustainable in the long term? Will you be happy? Probably not!

The main focus when losing weight is to enjoy the process, don't be so hard on yourself! Life is short, so enjoy it!!!

We have been there ourselves, or know someone who has been 'missing out on the fun' - birthday celebrations or nights out with friends. But why?? Surely these people can help motivate and encourage you... after all, that's what friends are for.

The basics are simple really; eat less, move more and keep your motivation! 

But this doesn't have to be extreme!

Don't underestimate the power of friendship. A friend that is journeying with you and experiencing the same ups and downs can celebrate, commiserate and share ideas with you every step of the way.

Meet up with friends for a walk, or go for brunch. Chances are, you'll choose somewhere that suits your goals, and you'll most probably order something pretty healthy!

Stop waiting for the 'perfect moment', pick up the phone and send a little motivation those around you, because they'll do the same for you!
